These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and zeet16, governing your access to and use of the website located at https://zeet16.pro and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content offered by zeet16.

To register and use the zeet16 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of zeet16 or its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering an account or placing bets.

zeet16 may require you to submit identity documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification) and proof of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where permitted by applicable law.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the zeet16 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify zeet16 promptly if any of your account details change. zeet16 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
• zeet16 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it suspects a breach of these Terms.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Supporting documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. zeet16 treats all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the zeet16 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). zeet16 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zeet16 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes for mobile banking methods.
• zeet16 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been met may be declined or result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• zeet16 does not accept cash payments or transactions conducted through cryptocurrency wallets.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must not make use of those funds and must notify support immediately. zeet16 reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits at any time.

zeet16 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and other Bangladesh calendar events. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available to one registered account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specific to each promotion are stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation.

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated tools — will result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Promotional bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers or syndicate players.
